Job Description

An Administrative Assistant for an established janitorial company. 

Duties: 

Answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate employee and/or handling the issue.  Responsible for collections from existing customers.  Preparing and emailing/mailing sales quotes to potential customers.  Preparing new customer dockets (hard copy and electronic file) for use by Arodal staff.  Prepare supply shipments for shipment to customers.  Maintaining ACT database for use by sales and operations staff.  Preparing and sending out monthly billing to existing customers.  Preparing materials for Sales and Operations departments. 

Schedule: 

Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM) this includes a one-hour lunch.

Compensation:

Annual salary is $34,000 - $37,000 based on experience.  Company does pay health and dental insurance.

Skill Requirements

Experience/Skills: 

Previous administrative experience is preferred.  

Requirements: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.  Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.  Experience with ACT CRM software is preferred but not required.
