Job Description

Jobsite Supervisor/Project Management for all construction site related activities, with emphasizes on project administration, quality assurance, scheduling, and site safety from project start through delivery.

Superintendents will work actively with a Project Manager or Estimator to assure Prime Contract compliance, Subcontractor Contract compliance, maintaining project schedules and milestones, owner/consultant interface, purchasing, and cost coding.

Requirements include prior "full project scope" supervisory experience/history, in field direct supervision managing projects including daily communication with Owners, A/E teams, Subcontractors, and Inspectors, and has good communication and computer skills. In addition, the Superintendent will identify plan and procedural conflicts, initiate communication (RFI, RFP, ASI,Sub Conflicts, and maintain Logs for Discussion/Action), and contribute proactively in identification of issues and evaluation of resolutions.

We are looking for Team Members who can lead, can contribute, and want to be an active participant in building great projects for great owners. Our work is primarily commercial negotiated projects in the 500K to 5MM range in the Portland Metro Area.
