Job Summary:

Looking for a skilled CMA to be a part of our work family, with ability to multi-task and be comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. 


CMA job description:

CMA to perform all back-office duties including but not limited to:  rooming patients, vitals, EKG, Spirometry, hearing and vision testing.  CMA’s also perform blood draws, injections and assist in minor surgeries (preparing instruments for excisions, suturing, dressings and cryotherapy).  Preparing for and assisting with variety of skin/cosmetic procedures.  All specimen handling/packaging and use of centrifuge.


Take care of all patient needs as directed by physicians, including medication refills, medication and procedure prior authorizations and referrals, call/return pharmacy and/or patient phone calls. 

CMA will assist with all front-desk duties (answering phone calls, scheduling patients, check-in and check-out patients, including collecting insurance copays).


Must be a team player and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of medical terminology and organizational skills.

Greet patients with a pleasant and warm smile/voice.  Vital team player and a reliable team member.

Interest in or experience with Aesthetic Medicine (Botox, Fillers, Skin Care…)

Demonstrates an understanding of our clinic vision and consistently delivers patient-focused care.


  • Certified Medical Assistant
  • Experience with blood draws preferred
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Prior experience preferred and EMR knowledge
  • Commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines
