We're seeking a Quality Improvement and Compliance Specialist for our developmental disability programs. The QIC Specialist promotes compliance and quality standards in our programs by coordinating self-reviews, conducting internal audits and compliance checks, providing core competency trainings for staff, reviewing incident reports, identifying QIC trends, and similar and related work. The majority of assigned programs for review will be in the Salem/Keizer area however there will be the need to travel throughout the Tri-County area.

The successful candidate will have two years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities; have knowledge of relevant Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs), Individual and Behavior Support planning (ISPs/BSPs); have the ability to relate effectively with clients and families and respond to crisis situations; and be able to meet agency driving requirements. A criminal background check is required. This position is a 40hr per week Monday – Friday. Pay rate will be $13.50 per hour
