Be the key in unlocking business opportunities in the convergent world of Open Platform IP Video Management Systems! This is a 12-month long temporary assignment with a small potential of going full time once the assignment has ended.

Tasks:  

  • Heavy outbound calling 
  • Primary responsibility is to qualify leads and generate meetings, for our Sales Team 
  • Scripts will be provided 
  • Leads will be provided  
  • Generate awareness of Milestone Systems products 
  • Respond to questions received via telephone, email, and web. 

Skill Requirements

Professional and Personal Qualifications:  

  • Ability to multitask while working under pressure. 
  • Exceptional phone skills/communication skills. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills. 
  • A genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. 
  • Able to sit for long periods of time. 
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM system – Salesforce a plus. 
  • Work well in a team environment 

Previous Inside Sales and /or Telemarketing experience is a must.
