Join Milestone, the global market leader!  ​The Sales Support Specialist works closely with our Field Sales and Inside Sales teams.  You will work side by side with the sales team, becoming familiar with projects they are handling, such as assisting with quoting and the purchase orders for those projects.  You will also manage departmental administrative duties as assigned.  ​As a Milestone employee, YOU are the key to our success. Come join our dynamic international team and be a part of our rapidly growing, successful business.  ​​Your Responsibilities: ​ Provide sales support to our Field Sales and Reseller/Distributor Partners.  This includes guidance on Milestone’s products, licensing questions, pricing, and assisting customers on a variety of issues.  Be responsible for assigned territories to support specific CBMs/ICMs.  Provide customers timely, accurate, and creative solutions regarding Milestone’s products.  Respond to questions received via telephone, email, and web.  Partner management from setting up accounts to finalizing the partner process.  Work closely with Tech Support in troubleshooting problems that are sales and technically related.  Document sales related support cases and ensure timely resolutions.  ​
