Two full time Driver's needed to perform vehicle transportation support function under the direction of supervisor. Some of the essential duties and job functions include: • Transport students to various locations, appointments, and activities. • Assist in maintaining visitor control area. • Operate center based light trucks, buses, and passenger vehicles, transporting passengers and/or packages. • Adhere to safety practices and OSHA standards. • Conduct vehicle inspections, cleaning, re-fueling, and minor maintenance. • Successfully participate in mandatory D.O.T. CDL drug and alcohol testing program. • Perform other related duties as assigned.  $20.00 per hour + benefits package including company paid life insurance, AD&D, and short and long term disability. Prepare students for the Nursing Assistant program. Work as part of a team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our young people. Springdale is a residential program for young adults (16 – 24 years) earning their high school diploma or GED, learning career and technical training, and preparing for their careers. Springdale teaches independent living skills and focuses on developing a positive learning environment and utilizing a trauma informed approach to student services. Duties: Provide instruction in the foundational areas of Health Occupations and preparation for entry into the Nursing Assisting program. Collaborate with other members of the student’s Career Management Team, including academic staff, career counselor and placement specialist. Provide support and assistance to the Program Director as needed. Demonstrate a keen awareness of diverse learning styles and will tailor instructional methodology to students using an array of teaching approaches. Motivate and counsel students in the areas of behavior, training and study habits. Relate academic skills to career and technical training and future workplace success Work with other members of the student’s support team, including the career counselor, wellness nurse/disability coordinator, career and technical instructor, to provide wrap-around services for student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including case notes, attendance, student progress plans, and student evaluation forms $45,693.54 + company paid life, AD&D, and long term disability. 3 medical plans and 2 dental to choose from. This unique position combines roles of campus security with driving and transportation.  Must be able to balance respectful communication with students and enforcement of safety/program policy. Assist in emergency situations. Not primarily responsible for facilitating student disciplinary action. We are looking for officers able to work a variety shifts. Job Corps is a career technical training program that helps young people improve the quality of their lives through academic and career training. Approximately 140 students are enrolled (most reside on campus) with 70 staff supporting the success of students.
