Seeking member of facilities management team for a large Class A building, located in the Lloyd District in Portland, OR. Manage construction, renovation and major maintenance projects. Understand and follow established regulations, processes and procedures including Change Management, Work Tracking and Time Management. Interact with clients and subcontractors during meeting and job walks. Provide assistance and building related expertise during project concept development, scheduling, budget control, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, coordination with space planning and construction management. Accurately assess, estimate and forecast project costs. Write and understand functional and technical specifications. Working knowledge of Facilities planning, life-cycle management. Working knowledge of system testing from test plan development to reliable and verifiable test case development results. Ability to work autonomously when given specific assignments.
