We're seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team! This position is the main receptionist for Albertina Kerr Centers and the Medical Receptionist for our Outpatient Clinic. The qualified applicant will answer incoming calls, greet patients and agency visitors in person or on the telephone, schedule patient appointments, maintain records, collect co-pays and post fees according to protocol. The qualified applicant will distribute incoming faxes, distribute and meter mail and order office supplies. This position works closely with the clinic nurse, team of psychiatrists and Community Based Services (CBS) team of therapists and skills trainers. This position provides support to the President and Director's as needed. This position is also the backup to the Executive Assistant/Office Manager when requested. Qualified applicant will handle all Albertina Kerr's adoption record inquiries and all policies and procedures relating to adoption.

The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or GED equivalency; At least three years' office experience and experience with assisting multi-departments/programs; and have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have professional presentation in language, attire and precise time management. Preference will be given to applicants that have a working knowledge of EPIC Electronic Health Records.
