We're seeking a Behavior Specialist for our day programs for people with developmental disabilities. The Behavior Specialist's role is to facilitate health/safety, enhanced quality of life, desired lifestyles and increased levels of independence, productivity, and social/physical integration. This position has the potential to provide in-home supports to individuals in the community.

Tasks may include assessing persons served, developing behavior support plans, training caregivers on intervention strategies and techniques, monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and similar tasks. The qualified candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human services or four-years of equivalent work experience and at least one year's experience in a DD service setting. OIS certification preferred. A criminal background check is required, as is the ability to meet agency driving requirements.
