We are seeking an Access Center Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for ensuring the placement of referrals to Albertina Kerr's Youth and Family Services (YFS) and other Kerr programs as required, producing positive outcomes of treatment for clients served in a timely and efficient manner by utilizing available resources. Responsible for oversight of client admission, community referral development, liaison with county and/or state referral sources, and coordination of preauthorization processes to assure a comprehensive ability to collect for services rendered and Supervision of Access Coordinators.



The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related clinical field; A minimum of two years' relevant experience serving children and adolescents and their families; Moderate to advanced computer knowledge with Excel spreadsheets and databases; Excellent written, organizational and interpersonal skills; Experience in Joint Commission accredited facility preferred; and can demonstrate knowledge of community resources and referrals for families in crisis.
